Crystal double loading tile is an upgrading product of normal double loading tile, it mixes crystal frits in burning processing and is based on micro powder. This series has the features of super double loading tile (which are antifriction, high bending strength, low water absorption). What¡¯s more, it is more natural and has better pictorial effect. For this tile, we can see the great value on deciratuve effect, but when come to physical and chemical properties, there isn¡¯t much differences between polycrystalline powder and microlite powder.
The main differences between polycrystalline powder and microlite powder is its surface effect. Polycrystalline powder feels more like natural and there are visible crystal frits and delicate patterns on its surface.
Both polycrystalline powder and microlite powder have high antifouling effect than other glazed tiles. The reasons are depend on tiny seze, tightness array, and large density of embryo particles.
Transparent crystalline powder is a powder with another nano polished technology based on polycrystallline powder.
